If you're having a problem, the first thing you should do is check out the FAQs. If your question isn't answered there, then you've got a couple options for getting help. If you can still play the game, then the easiest way to get help is to ask another player (especially someone wearing the architect eyes, if you can find 'em).

If your game isn't working, you have account problems, or you have a problem that doesn't need an immediate response, you should ask for help on the forums. They'll get you fixed up.

If you have AOL Instant Messenger and have general questions, you can send an IM to one of the architects. Please don't use AIM for any of the issues listed above - those really need to be e-mailed to Stella. Otherwise, if we have time, we can try and help you out. Keep in mind that we're just volunteers, and we aren't always available to chat. Unless you have a specific problem, contact NCommander first (he's the designated answerer-of-questions.)
